Overview
This
course provides the knowledge and skills necessary to successfully complete the
Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) or
Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) exams. The course covers all
areas of the PMI’s Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOKÔ Guide).
This
proven course enhances your knowledge and confidence to successfully pass the
challenging PMP certification exam and the new CAPM Exam. You will practice with questions that
closely follow the exam. Your certified PMP instructor will help you explore
the rationale behind each question and answer, and improve your ability to
manage real world projects; not just pass the exam. You will be provided with
both study tips and secrets to succeed on the exam.
The
course provides the 35 contact hours of Project Management education required
as part of the qualification as a Project Management Professional. Upon successful
