  How to develop or improve a Project Management Office (PMO)

Program and Project Management Offices (PMOs) come in many styles. In some cases, they simply provide training, and or perhaps some recommended tools or templates. In most cases, they are the project delivery process owner, and in some cases they have full project authority and accountability.
