 Feeding Buffers
Feeding buffers ensure that all inputs are necessary when a task on the critical chain has the input
from its critical chain
successor. Feeding buffers go between all paths that parallel the critical chain and the point at which
they tie in to the
critical chain.
Size feeding buffers like the project buffer, but consider the uncertainty in the longest feeding path
to the buffer.
Measure and control to feeding buffers as if they were project buffers for the feeding chain...using
the same action criteria.
