 Critical Chain
The critical chain is the constraint of a single project. It is the longest path through the project,
considering both the task
logic and resource availability and demand. With unlimited resources, the critical chain is the same
as the initial critical
path. The critical chain does not change during project execution. (Critical path can change during
CPM (Critical Path
Method) project execution as tasks take more or less time than their deterministic estimate.)
