Buffer Management

1. Establish buffers for the Critical Chain (Project Buffer), and each Critical Chain feeding path (Critical Chain Feeding Buffers.)
2. Each day the path is active, get the expected activity completion time from the activity manager.
3. Determine the penetration of the buffer (days).
4. Less than one third, no action.
5. Greater than one third, less than two thirds, plan action.
6. Greater than two thirds, take action.
