How does CCPM fit with the PMBOK?

CCPM is part of the Project Management Body of Knowledge. It fits most strongly in the Integration, Time Management, and Risk Management knowledge areas, but also significantly links with Cost Management, Communication Management (via Buffer Reporting), Human Resource Management (via. Resource planning and run rules), and Procurement. CCPM is highly dependent on successful implementation of other PMBOK areas, especially project quality management.
